My Review
I loved this book!!! I haven't read any other angel book like it. It puts a whole new twist on angel stories. Once I started this book, I couldn't put it down. I was completely hooked after the very first page. Uprising was beautifully crafted Dawn did a fantastic job with the that. I loved how Dawn made this story feel real. It was like I was right there along with the characters and able to feel what they were feeling. I love that about books.
The character development in this book was amazing. I love watching characters grow and become more than what they ever expected. Rise is a great heroine. I just fell in love with her, and was able to relate to her very easily. She has had a really tough time, but when tough choices need to be made, she battle through them. She faces them head on. I loved Dominik!!!! I can't wait to see more of him!!!
The only thing I wish the book had was a little more romance. I am a romance junkie so I love it. There were little hints here and there so I am hoping to see more in book two.Uprising had a few twist and turns that completely shocked me. This book was very unique and I recommend it to everyone!!! I can't wait to read more from this author!!! This is a great book!!!! EPIC!!!!
