I love classics like Sleeping Beauty and The Beauty and the Beast and the last fairytale book I read was Cinder and I really liked it :)
ReplyDeleteI love The Little Mermaid :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite fairytale is Beauty and the Beast. The reason that I love Beauty and the Beast is because Belle is independent, caring, compassionate, and she loves to read. I also love that she isn't shallow and falls for the Beast after she gets to know him and sees that he has a good heart!
ReplyDeleteThat's a hard one. I would have to say Beauty and The Beast by Robin McKinley tho. It's a fairy tale, and it's also Robin McKinley who I love!!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I can pick a favorite because I have loved fairy tales since I was a young child. I still love happy endings.

ReplyDeleteMost of the original versions of the fairy tales didn't exactly have Disneyfied endings, you know. How about a play? I love A Midsummer Night's Dream. It has fairies and a happy ending. Will you count that?
