My Review

I fell in love with this series as a whole.  At first, I was a little to confused as to what was going on and the meaning of some of the terms, but after the story got going, I really did enjoy it.  Rhiannon put a glossary at the beginning of the book to help out on some of those terms.  That was really helpful.  I didn't go back and reread it every time, but it did help on the things I remembered.  This series was beautifully written and well thought out.  Rhiannon crafted a story so unlike other others that I was immediately enthralled with the series.  I haven't read another series like it.  its uniqueness and originally gave it even more bonus points from me.  This is a great fantasy series.

What I also loved about the series were the characters.  The character development was on point.  I love to see characters grow and become what they are destined to be.  Kaliel is one of my favorite characters.  Even though she is vulnerable, Kaliel is strong and brave.  She never gave up.  Krishani is just gorgeous.  He is very sweet and protective of Kaliel.  Even though their relationship was doomed from the beginning, I couldn't help but root for them and hope that they found a way past it.  I am not going to spoil anything and let you all know whether they did or not.  The romance in this series was beautiful written.  it was so descriptive that I felt it in my heart.  I fell in love.

The Ferryman and the Flame series was very action-packed and full of romance.  It possesses dynamic characters and a unique plot.  There were so many twists and turns in this series as a whole that it kept me on the edge of my seat.  I was left shell shocked half the time.  The series left me swooning, laughing crying and sometimes so upset that I wanted to throw my kindle.  But overall, it was fantastic!!!  I am a huge romance junkie so that was my favorite part of the book.  This series is a must read.  I loved it so much that I went ahead and bought the books on my kindle.  I will definitely be rereading it!!!
